Marianne Cosentino, APRN
Marianne Cosentino is a Specialty Care, board certified Advanced Practice Nurse in the Heart and Vascular Institute. She has worked in Cardiology since 1995. Marianne received her Masters of Science in Cardiovascular Health and Disease Management Nursing in 2002, graduating with honors from Loyola University Chicago. She worked in Electrophysiology as the Atrial Fibrillation Program APRN Coordinator at Loyola University Medical Center until November of 2009. She came to Connecticut at that time to coordinate the Complex Ablation Program in Electrophysiology at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
In April 2017, Marianne joined the Hartford Healthcare Medical Group in Wallingford, CT., where she delivers expert, comprehensive, patient centered, evidence based care. She is coordinating the remote monitoring of our patients with implantable cardiac devices.
Mary Kilpatrick, RN, BSN
Mary graduated with a BSN from Fairfield University. She began her career in the Coronary Intensive Care Unit at the Hospital of Saint Raphael. In 2001, Mary joined the Arrhythmia Center of Connecticut, PC, where she began working closely with Mark Marieb MD. She also held a position on the faculty at Gateway Community College as an adjunct professor in their nursing resource lab. In addition, she has worked pre op and post op at Hamden Surgery Center as well asNaugatuck Valley Surgical Center. For the last several years, Mary has worked side by side with Mark Marieb MD at Yale-New Haven Hospital in the outpatient Electrophysiology Department. In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband and three children.
Anne Cullagh, RN, BSN
Anne has been a Cardiovascular nurse for 16 years. She has worked in both the Coronary Care Unit as well as the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Yale Saint Raphael's campus. She has spent the last three years working in the field of Cardiac Electrophysiology and Cardiac Rehab.
Anne graduated from Fordham University with a BA in Economics and from Fairfield University, Summa Cum Laude, with her BSN. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau-the Honor Society of Nursing. In her free time Anne enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful children.
Jennifer Nelson, APRN
Jennifer joined Dr. Marieb's practice in 2015. She has been a nurse practitioner for 12 years, graduating with honors from the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Sacred Heart University in 2005. She received her bachelors of science in nursing from Villanova University in 1989. Since graduating from Sacred Heart University, she worked in a private cardiology office for almost 5 years. Prior to joining Dr. Marieb's practice, Jennifer worked for an outpatient general cardiology group at Yale-New Haven Hospital for 5 years.
David Macone, RN, BSN
Dave graduated with a BSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing. He has an impressive professional history in cardiology ranging from a Staff/Charge Nurse to Manager within the hospital and outpatient areas. Although he has always been tied into Dr. Marieb’s practice, he became a dedicated team member in 2016, joining his outpatient practice at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Dave serves on many nursing committees and associations.
When not working, Dave enjoys building projects with his daughter in his garage workshop, volunteering his time as a member of the Knights of Columbus, calling BINGO on Wednesday nights, taking walks with his wife & their puppies and spending time with family and friends.
Brooke Ortiz, LPN
Brooke is the System Practice Manager in Electrophysiology at Hartford HealthCare and is a Licensed Practical Nurse by trade. She joined Dr. Mark Marieb in his private practice at the Arrhythmia Center of Connecticut, PC in 1997. In 2009 when Dr. Marieb was recruited to Yale Medical Group, she joined his team being employed by Yale-New Haven Hospital (currently Yale-New Haven Health). Besides office administration, Brooke’s background includes patient care, medical billing and her favorite: surgical scheduling. This part of her experience has been near and dear to her heart as she has literally walked the patients through every aspect of their surgeries from booking the procedure, educating them on what to expect and being available to answer any questions or concerns before and after. Brooke enjoys spending time with her three children and supporting all of their activities.
Leticia Bunyan, MA
Leticia Bunyan is a Registered Medical Assistant and Certified Phlebotomist that joined Dr. Marieb’s team in 2010. She is a graduate of Branford Hall Career Institute. Before Leticia devoted her career to electrophysiology, she worked diligently for a practice assisting a general surgeon doing office based procedures. Leticia is proficient in working with a variety of patients encompassing heart failure as well as complex arrhythmias. Leticia enjoys her patient interactions when she applies Holter monitors. She particularly likes spending time with all patients obtaining vital signs and EKGs as they begin their office visits. Leticia is a great asset to the team as she is also bilingual. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two beautiful children.
Natalie Coulis, PA-C
Natalie has been working in electrophysiology since 2014. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Providence College and went on to graduate with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2001. After graduating from PA school, Natalie worked as a Physician Assistant at a private cardiology group in New Haven for seven years. She then worked as a PA for Yale-New Haven Hospital in Internal Medicine as well as Heart and Vascular/Department of Electrophysiology.
Kristine Ianniello, MA
Kris is an Electrophysiology Administrative Manager at Hartford HealthCare. After graduating Branford Hall Career Institute, Kris worked at Cardiothoracic and Vascular Group, PC for the various specialties within the practices: Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery and Pulmonology. Dr. Mark Marieb joined the practice in 1991, and they have worked together since.
When Cardiothoracic and Vascular Group dissolved in 1993, Drs. Marieb and Schoenfeld formed the Arrhythmia Center of CT, PC and she worked for them in many areas of the office; billing, credentialing, medical records and more. In 2007, she resigned from the Arrhythmia Center and worked for nephrologist Dr. Jeffrey Reynolds in his practice, Renal Associates, LLC as Office Manager, Medical Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper. In 2009, Dr. Mark Marieb was about to join Yale University School of Medicine, and she decided it was time to go back to work with him. She was hired by Yale-New Haven Hospital to work as an Outpatient Administrative Coordinator in Dr. Marieb’s practice. She likes to travel and spend time with her family and friends when away from work.
Lorraine Armstrong, Transcriptionist
Lorraine is a Medical Transcriptionist who has years of experience within many disciplines in medicine. She has been a part of Dr. Mark Marieb’s team for almost a decade. Electrophysiology terminology has been her specialty and she enjoys her career.
Teresa A. Vignola
Teresa A. Vignola, also known as Teri, graduated with a bachelor degree in business from Western Connecticut State University. She worked at the Hospital of St. Raphael's for 20 years in the admissions department as a supervisor, then went to work at the Arrhythmia Center of Connecticut as a surgical coordinator until 2010, when she became employed by Yale University as an administrative assistant/surgical coordinator.
Melanie Micucci, Patient Service Coordinator
Melanie Micucci is a Patient Service Coordinator within our practice; she joined Hartford Healthcare Medical Group in 2016 as Pre-Registration Coordinator. She attended Tunxis Community College in Farmington, Connecticut, studying marketing and finance. Melanie began her career with Heublein Inc. as an Account Receivables Clerk and worked her way up to advertising, marketing and Promotions Coordinator. After Heublein, she worked at ESPN as a Marketing Assistant in Affiliated Sales. She also worked for Procare USA, a travel nurse recruitment agency, as Marketing Manager. Melanie changed careers for something different and worked for Aetna as Senior Subject Material Expert for credentialing. She then worked for Fortunato Construction Group as Receptionist and First Class Construction where she became Office Manager. Melanie loves spending time with her husband and family, especially her grandson. She also enjoys contemporary jazz and playing billiards with her friends and family.
Tara Deering, MA
Tara graduated from Mt. Washington College in 2009 as a Certified Medical Assistant. She started her career inrheumatology and oncology working for Southern New Hampshire Health System for many years. While in New Hampshire, she was able to experience working closely with the pulmonary and cardiology specialists when she eventually branched off to work in pediatrics and pnternal medicine. In 2013, she accepted a great opportunity to join a dedicatedorthopedic oncology and plastic surgeon team in Hartford, Connecticut at St. Francis Hospital. Practicing as a Medical Assistant/ Receptionist doing insurance authorizations, surgical scheduling, and a little bit of everything else she enjoys getting the job done and knowing patients are well taken care of. In May 2017, Tara joined Hartford Healthcare Medical Group as a Medical Assistant/Patient Service Coordinator. She takes great pride in her customer service skills and enjoys helping people. When not working, she enjoys the finer things in life; like art, long scenic drives, and traveling everywhere with her three children.
